CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE 
1 stick butter plus 2 tbsp.
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
Vanilla

Melt butter and cocoa over low heat. Add 1/2 cup sugar each time until the 3 cups used and stir really well each time. Pour in 1 can evaporated milk and dash vanilla. On moderate heat, bring to a boil for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool and refrigerate. Makes 1 quart. Good hot or cold on ice cream.
