DARK CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

In a 1 quart glass bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa and cream. Mix well. Add butter. Heat in microwave on High for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stirring once, until well mixed. Heat 1 - 1 1/2 minutes longer or until bubbly and sugars are dissolved. Stir in vanilla and salt.

Serve hot over ice cream or cake, or cool and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Reheat in microwave on Low 1-2 minutes. Makes 1 3/4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
