2 sticks butter
2 c. chocolate chips
4 c. powdered sugar
3 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients in large pan. Cook over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for a full 8 minutes while stirring. Cool. Makes 2 quarts. Very good.
