CHOCOLATE CHIP FUDGE BROWNIES 
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate sqs.
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
3 eggs (I use Egg Beaters - 3/4 c.)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flour
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees if using glass pan). Lightly grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt unsweetened chocolate squares and butter. Let cool. Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and mix with a spoon until blended. (Do not overbeat or use mixer or brownies will be crusty).

Pour into pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Run a knife through the batter to submerge some of the chips.

Optional: Use mint chocolate chips.

Bake 25-30 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool on rack completely before cutting.
