MILK CHOCOLATE CHIP MARSHMALLOW
FUDGE
 
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. marshmallow creme (7 oz. jar)
2 c. chocolate chips (11.5 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Butter square pan (9 x 9 x 2 inch). Mix the first 4 ingredients, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full rolling boil; boil and stir 5 minutes. Immediately add chips and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan; cool completely. Cut into squares. Makes about 5 dozen squares.
