3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
1 sm. onion, ground
1 sm. green pepper, ground
1 can Spam luncheon meat, ground
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients and then chill. Cover hamburger buns and place under broiler until cheese melts. Mixture will cover 8 buns.
