SALAD ON A BUN 
EQUIPMENT:

Bread knife
Cutting board
Small bowl
Measuring spoons
Spoon
Knife

INGREDIENTS:

2 club rolls
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. bottled barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. cooked bacon or ham pieces
Lettuce leaves
2 slices tomato
4 slices cucumber
2 rings green pepper

1. Cut rolls in half horizontally. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce and bacon or ham pieces. Spread about 1 tablespoon mixture on each roll half.

2. On bottom halves of rolls, place lettuce. Top with tomato, cucumber, and green pepper. Replace tops, cut side down. Makes 2 servings.
