BUN BURGERS 
6 hamburger buns
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Hollow out centers of buns, leaving bottoms and 1/2 inch rims. Crumble up the bread you have removed, and mix well with meat, onion, salt, pepper, and 1 1/2 cans of tomato sauce. Fill buns. Bake on cookie sheet in 375 degree oven 20 minutes. Spoon remaining sauce over buns. Bake about 5 minutes more until sauce is hot.
