FUN BUNS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles (or dill pickle relish)
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and onions. Pour off any grease. Add pickles, catsup, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool a little. Add cheese. Fill 9-12 hamburger buns and wrap in foil. Heat for 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven. May also be frozen, but allow more time to heat.
