POT ROAST 
3 lb. beef roast
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. marjoram
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
Cayenne pepper
1/2 bell pepper sliced in rings
1 med. onion, sliced in rings
2 to 3 scallions
1/2 c. water
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Place roast in roasting pan. Season roast on both sides with Accent, curry powder, sage, garlic, marjoram, Old Bay Seasoning, pepper, cayenne pepper and salt.

Marinate 3 or 4 hours or overnight. Before cooking, arrange bell pepper, onion and scallion on top and around roast. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add 1 cup of water to bottom of pan and cook covered 3 1/2 hours or until tender.
