POT ROAST 
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can water
Garlic powder to taste
1 (3 lb.) bottom roast
Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
Peeled potatoes & carrots (as many as will fit in pan)
1 onion

Mix tomato sauce and water and put in pan. Season meat with garlic powder and Lawry's seasoned salt. Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into 1/4ths and arrange around meat. Slice onion and place on top of meat. Cover with tin foil. Cook in 350 degree oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, depending on size of meat.
