1 lb. crab meat
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper
3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated

Make cream sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add crab meat. Pour mixture into buttered casserole or buttered individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in hot oven, 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
