DUTCHES CHEESE CAKE 
FILLING:

2 (1/2 lb.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/8 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Mix to completely dissolve cream cheese. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 lg. carton sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla

Mix and spoon over filling mixture and bake 5 minutes at 475 degrees. Refrigerate overnight.
