COLD BREAD PUDDING | |
8 slices bread 1 1/2 c. sugar, mix in 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. egg substitute 1 tbsp. vanilla 4 c. skim milk Raisins (optional) 1. Crumble bread in bowl and moisten with warm water. (Just enough to soften, about 1/4 cup.) 2. Add egg substitute and sugar and flour mixture. 3. Stir in vanilla and milk. 4. Bake at 350 degrees until set in middle about 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with hot lemon sauce or Mocha sauce (recipes this book). |
