ALL BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. All Bran
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. salad oil
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins

Mix together sugar, eggs, salad oil and buttermilk. Sift flour, soda and salt. Add to above mixture. Mix bran with 1 cup boiling water; let stand for awhile. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Can be kept in refrigerator overnight. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
