“BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES” IS IN:

BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray with oil or brush with butter a 13x9-inch pan.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.

Melt morsels and put in a large mixing bowl. Add softened butter, and brown sugar; beat until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla; add flour mixture and beat for only 30 seconds.

Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and cut.
