GOLDEN BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
2/3 c. butter, melted
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat after each addition. Add vanilla. Beat in flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well and add the nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
