APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple concentrate
6 c. apples, peel and chop
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
2 deep dish pie crusts

Peel apples and chop fine. Mix cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix with apples. Pour in pie shell; dot with butter. Pour apple juice over apples. Place second crust on top. Fold top and bottom together and crimp edge. Make several slits near center for steam vents in top crust. Bake 425 degrees for 30 minutes remain in oven and turn it down to 375 degrees for 30 more minutes.
