BERRY OR APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can concentrated frozen apple juice
1 qt. frozen berries or 5-6 slices apples
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt

PIE FILLING: Bring apple juice concentrate, cornstarch and salt to boil. Stir until clear and thick. Add berries or apples. Cook and stir until well mixed. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Cover with top crust and bake at 375 degrees until golden and apple juice bubbles. Check after 1/2 hour.

OIL PIE CRUST:

2 c. flour - take out 2 tbsp.
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. cold milk

Add oil mixture all at once to flour and salt. Mix with a fork until all the flour is moistened and in a ball. Divide in half and roll out between sheets of waxed paper.
