DREAMY APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 
prepared pie crust (Pillsbury) or graham cracker crust (Keebler)
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup apple butter (Musselman's)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (4 tbsp.)
3/4 cup frozen whipped topping

Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Turn under edge; flute. Pre-bake crust according to package directions.

Mix milk, apple butter and pumpkin puree by hand until smooth. Add instant pudding mix and stir until well combined. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Pour mixture into pre-baked pie crust or pre-made graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serves 8.

OMG! This recipe is the BEST! I've been making pumpkin pie for years and this just blew me away! The crust was perfect, the filling was delicious and soooo smooth. I love how you used apple butter instead of sugar! It's a great twist on a classic recipe. Next year I will definitely be using this recipe!
