APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. canned or mashed, cooked pumpkin
1 c. apple butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3) evaporated milk
1/3 c. milk

Thoroughly combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Blend in eggs, evaporated milk and milk. Turn into an unbaked pastry shell.

Bake at 400°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Cool.

Top each serving with a spoonful of softened vanilla ice cream.
