APPLE BUTTER-PUMPKIN PIE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 c. apple butter
1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices. Add eggs; mix well. Add milk gradually; mix. Pour into pie shell. Bake in hot oven at 425 degrees about 40 minutes.
