APPLE PIE 
1 pie shell
6 c. sliced Granny Smith apples
3/4 can frozen apple concentrate
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cornstarch

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Prebake pie shell, if frozen, about 5 minutes at 350 degrees so crust won't be soggy.

Mix well and heat frozen apple concentrate, cinnamon, and cornstarch until slightly thick. Add apples and stir well to coat apples with mixture. Cook until apples are about half done on low heat, stirring often. Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients. Pour apple mixture into pie shell. Add topping. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
