VEGETABLE OIL PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Mazola oil
1/3 c. hot water

Mix oil and water. Pour into flour; mix. Roll out between wax paper. Makes double crust or 2 pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes.
