1 pkg. dry yeast 1/2 c. mashed potatoes 1/4 c. shortening 4 c. flour 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. sweet milk Put yeast into warm water and let dissolve. Heat potatoes and milk until hot. Let cool and add rest of ingredients. Put in greased bowl and let rise to double in size. Roll out and cut and let rise again. Fry in oil. Roll in powdered sugar. |
