CORNED BEEF GRAVY 
1 can corned beef
1 onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

In large skillet, saute onions in butter until tender. Add flour and brown. Add salt, pepper, milk and chopped corn beef. Cook until thickness desired. Delicious served over rice, cream potatoes or just plain biscuits. Leftover beef, pork, venison, duck or turkey can be substituted for corned beef.

Just did for breakfast. (Broke down recipe just for just myself...) Used 1 slice corned beef - 1 slice chopped onion....did use "beef broth" instead of milk (made it richer... plus a tad of pepperoncini juice... also makes richer. Dash of milk at end. Had hot sauce ready. Yum!.
