BEEF TIPS 
2 lbs. lean beef
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. seedless grapes

Cut beef into 1 inch cubes; brown in small amount of fat in skillet. Add small amount of water; simmer beef until tender. Remove beef from skillet to heated dish. Combine mustard, honey, salt and water; add to pan drippings. Simmer to blend. Add parsley, rice, and grapes; heat through. Serve rice mixture with beef. Yield: 6 servings.
