RUTH'S TEA CAKES | |
40 (single) graham crackers 2 c. chopped nuts 2 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips 1/2 c. butter 1 c. cream 1 c. brown sugar Hershey bar Crush crackers fine. Cream sugar and butter. Add cream, crackers, nuts and chips. Fill waxed candy cups almost full. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, just so they are set. Frost with melted Hershey bars. Half of recipe makes 40 to 50 tea cakes. |
