CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold milk
3 beaten eggs
1 can cream style corn (whole kernel or frozen)
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix the sugar and cornstarch, gradually add the cold milk. Stir in the 3 beaten eggs. Add the corn, melted butter and salt. Bake in a 1 quart casserole. Set into a larger dish with water, uncovered.
