BEAN AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans with almonds, drained
1 pkg. shoe peg white corn, frozen or canned
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Seasoned bread crumbs
1 stick butter, melted

Mix French style green beans, shoe peg white corn, celery, onion, green pepper, sour cream and cheese together and put in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs on top. Pour 1 stick of melted butter over bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
