SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French style green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream (4 oz.)

TOPPING:

1 stick Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter, melted
1 (4-6 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds

Drain corn and beans. Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients and spread over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
