SHOE PEG CORN & BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French green beans
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Drain corn and green beans. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
