BEAU CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1 flat can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 roll Ritz crackers, rolled and mixed with melted butter

Drain vegetables. Mix together and place in the bottom of casserole. Mix soup and sour cream with cheese and onion, place on top of vegetables. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
