BROCCOLI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
Mix 1 egg and 1/2 c. milk
1 med. size bunch fresh broccoli (or 1 pkg. frozen)
1 can cream style corn
1 can french fried onion rings
Butter
Salt and pepper

Cook fresh cut up broccoli until tender crisp, drain. Butter baking dish, put in layer of coarsely crushed crackers (5 1/2 cups). Add broccoli and corn alternately with cracker crumbs, ending with crumbs on top. Dot with butter, pour over with mixture of egg and milk. Bake until brown or heated through (30 minutes at 350 degrees).
