CORNISH HENS WITH WINE SAUCE 
6 Cornish hens, halved
Salt to taste
6 tbsp. red wine
1/4 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Season Cornish hens with salt; place in baking pan. Cover with heavy duty foil. Mix wine, butter and lemon juice. Bake hens at 325 degrees for 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce until all is used. Uncover; bake for 30 minutes longer.
