2 cornish hens, thawed and halved
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Grey Poupon mustard
1 tsp. salt

Simmer butter, honey, mustard and salt for 5 minutes. Place cornish hens in large baking dish and flatten down a little. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste every 15 minute with about 1/4 cup marinade each time. Turn oven to 400 degrees to brown.
