4 Cornish hens
Salt
Stuffing
1/2 c. butter, melted

Spoon stuffing lightly into body cavity which has been rubbed with salt. Skewer and lace shut with string. Place hens, breast side up, in oven. Bake or roast at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours, brushing occasionally with melted butter.
