CORN CASSEROLE 
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. whole kernal corn
1 stick of butter
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
10 to 12 oz. Grated cheddar cheese

Melt butter and add all other ingredients except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on and bake 35 more minutes. Don't overcook.
