ROSEBURG CASSEROLE | |
1 box brown & herb rice 1 c. white rice 1/2 lb. bacon 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. bell pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms Cook rice as directed. Cook bacon, drain and crumble. Saute onions, celery and pepper in bacon drippings. Combine all ingredients and bake in 9"x13" pan for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 12 generous servings. |
