CHUTNEY CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. white raisins
1 c. Spanish peanuts
1 c. mango chutney
1 c. shredded coconut
2 ripe bananas (optional)
6 chicken breasts, cooked, cut up
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Mix all ingredients, adding bananas last. Serve on bed of lettuce, avocado trim (optional). Best when made the day before.
