SPINACH DIP | |
2 1/2 boxes frozen spinach, chopped 2 1/2 boxes vegetable soup mix 1/2 spanish onion 2 1/2 cans sliced chestnuts 3 1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise 1 1/2 (24 oz.) sour cream Remove spinach, place in colander. Run water over to thaw. Drain, squeeze all water out. Chop chestnuts and onions very small. Blend soup mix and sour cream. Add spinach, chestnuts and onions. Set in refrigerator 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers. |
