GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 cans green beans (drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. pimento
1 c. cracker crumbs

Combine sour cream, soup, pimentos and salt. Add green beans. Place in 2 quart casserole. Cover with cheese. Spread with crumbs and butter.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
