BEST FLUFFY VERMONT BUTTERMILK
PANCAKES EVER!
 
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking Powder
2 tsp. baking Soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups buttermilk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Toppings:

vanilla yogurt
sliced strawberries, warmed
bananas
Vermont maple syrup (pure)

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add eggs. Mix buttermilk, oil, vanilla together and then add to mix. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Turn pancakes as soon as they are puffed and full of bubbles but before bubbles break.

Top with vanilla yogurt, warmed, sliced strawberries, bananas and pure Vermont maple syrup. Yum!
