BARBECUED PORK RIBS 
Country style pork ribs (allow 1 lb. per person) trim fat
Pepper
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes, break up
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce, smoke flavored

Sprinkle ribs with pepper and stand bone side down in large cake pan. Top with stewed tomatoes and green pepper and onion. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. After 2 hours baste and return to oven uncovered for 20 minutes. Spread with barbecue sauce and bake for 15-30 minutes.
