RELISHED CARROTS 
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 green pepper, chopped

Par boil 2 pounds carrots for 5 to 10 minutes; drain. Add to relish mix and let set overnight.
