CARROT RELISH SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. lemon peel, shredded
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. unpared apple, chopped

Dissolve strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water; add frozen strawberries and stir until berries are thawed. Put in a ring mold until it congeals.

In the meantime, dissolve orange Jello and sugar in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Stir in orange juice, lemon peel and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Add carrots and apple. Pour gently on top of strawberry layer. Chill until firm.
