VERY EASY MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 1/2 boxes Penne Pasta
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup milk
2/3 cup parsley (optional)
pinch of salt and pepper, for taste

Cook pasta thoroughly over medium-high heat (13 minutes.) Drain pasta. Pour in milk and mix in both cheeses and parsley (optional). Sprinkle salt and pepper place over medium heat and fold in ingredients until cheese melts garnish with parsley.
