MOM'S LENTIL SOUP 
1 1/2 c. lentils
9 c. water
2 lg. onions, diced
2 lg. potatoes, diced
3/4 c. celery, diced
3 carrots, diced
3 tbsp. vinegar
Ham bone or 1 tenderloin or 1 lb. franks

Or 6 strips bacon, fried with flour and 1 tablespoon salt.

Cook in pressure cooker 20 minutes (except 15 minutes with bacon). Let pressure down by itself.
