SONYA'S CROCK-POT PORCUPINE MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 cup minute white rice 1/2 cup onion chopped salt and pepper, to taste 2 (10 oz. ea.) cans tomato soup 1 can water (use empty soup can) In large bowl mix ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place in Crock-Pot. Add 2 cans tomato soup, and one can of water. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Submitted by: Sonya |
