1 lb. ground sirloin or beef round
2 (8 oz. ea.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup long grain rice
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 recipe biscuit dough or refrigerator biscuits (if desired)

Combine 1 can tomato sauce, uncooked rice, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, 1/2 of the Worcestershire sauce. Add meat and mix well; shape into small balls.

Place in glass baking dish (square without biscuits, 9x13-inch with biscuits). Top with can of tomato sauce mixed with remaining Worcestershire sauce.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Note: For extra flair you can drop rounded teaspoons of biscuit dough in between meatballs during the last 10 minutes of baking.
